It’s that time again; summers here and it’s my happy time. I don’t know what it is about this season that brings out the absolute best in me but whatever it is I love it. Being from New Jersey especially during the summer time means really only one thing- the shore. From a young age our parents take us down to play at the beach and on the boardwalks. When we get to Highschool we have our prom weekends down the shore. Once we hit the legal drinking age we rent our own houses down the shore and party from MDW to LDW. Then we have our own kids and repeat the cycle. I was going to retire my summer share livin this year. I’m pretty sure I’ve tried to retire the last 3 years but I got roped into a last minute half share back in my stomping grounds of beautiful Belmar, NJ. My only real reason for retiring was that I’m 29 and I guess by other people’s standards I should be growing up and moving on from the shore. I almost fell victim to that bullshit. I’m single, I’m frankly too much fun and I still look good so why the hell not 😝 ?! There’s a whole new crop of young Jersey skanks invading the shore and I’m excited for them to discover all the incredible debauchery the shore has offered me all these years. So here’s to lucky number 7. 7th shore house season I guess that makes me a vet. I don’t care, I love it.✌
